My average is 10,000 steps.

And these daily steps are one of the reasons my artistic and business dreams continually manifest.

Why? Because when you move daily in a way that feels good to you, you consistently feel clear and energized, so it becomes easy to bring your dreams to real life.

The right type of exercise builds momentum, inspires ideas, and increases your energy and focus.

Here’s how the program works:

  1. You choose your own exercise goal.

  2. After registering, you’ll have access to our group texting thread, where you’ll receive a live daily text from me personally, and you’ll announce your goal to the group.

  3. Each day, you’ll be invited to share an update with us about your progress, receive encouragement, and have accountability for your goal.

  4. On the last day of the month, we celebrate your successes!
