Whether your goal is to finish your first marathon, do yoga on the beach every day, or adventure through an obstacle course with your dog — all things my clients have done — our community is here to help you build the exercise routine you need to succeed.

While walking 10,000 steps every day during the covid pandemic, and then running a half marathon on Easter Island after years of not even jogging, I learned the power of consistency, simplicity, and community that builds a foundation not only for your health but also for the expression of your limitless power and creative potential.

This is why for the past few years, as part of my ADHD career coaching programs, I also offer this exercise program.

If you, just like me and my current clients, also aspire to live at the highest levels of self-mastery and well-being, then you’re invited to join us in the next cohort of “10,000 Steps.”

Here’s how this program works:

  1. You choose your own exercise goal.

  2. After registering, you’ll have access to our group texting thread, where you’ll receive a live daily text from me personally, and you’ll announce your goal to the women in the group.

  3. Each day, you’ll be invited to share an update with us about your progress, receive encouragement, share a photo, and enjoy accountability for your goal.

  4. On the last day of the month, we celebrate your successes!
