Registration for the August cohort is now open until the 1st.
Whether your goal is to finish your first marathon, run a race with your daughter, or adventure through an obstacle course with your dog — all things my clients have done — our community is here to help you build the routine you need to succeed.
What started as a simple daily walk 5 years ago has turned into an exercise program for women with ADHD. Initially, during the covid pandemic, I began walking 10,000 steps outside per day, and then in June 2025, I ran my first half marathon. During this time, my clients have also been raising the bar and accomplishing their exercise goals, too.
The power of consistency, simplicity, and community builds a foundation not only for your health but also for the expression of your limitless creative potential. This is why for the past few years, as part of my career coaching programs, I have also offered this exercise program.
If you, just like me and my current clients, also aspire to live at the highest levels of self-mastery and well-being, then you’re invited to join us in the next cohort of 10,000 Steps.
Registration for August is open until the 1st.
Here’s how the program works:
You choose your own exercise goal.
After registering, you’ll have access to our group texting thread, where you’ll receive a live daily text from me personally, and you’ll announce your goal to the women in the group.
Each day, you’ll be invited to share an update with us about your progress, receive encouragement, share a photo, and enjoy accountability for your goal.
On the last day of the month, we celebrate your successes!
