After running my first half marathon around a volcano on Easter Island earlier this summer, I realized the power of consistency and simplicity in building the foundation not only of your health but also of your limitless creative potential.
This is why for the past few years, as part of my ADHD career coaching programs, I offer this exercise program too.

Here’s how this program works:
You choose your own exercise goal.
After registering, you’ll have access to our group texting thread, where you’ll receive a live daily text from me personally, and you’ll announce your goal to the women in the group.
Each day, you’ll be invited to share an update with us about your progress, receive encouragement, share a photo, and enjoy accountability for your goal.
On the last day of the month, we celebrate your successes!
