For the women who consistently expect excellence from themselves… this live 30-day exercise and accountability experience is designed for those who are already operating at a high level in their lives and who want an environment that matches that standard.
Whether you’re here to train for your first marathon, compete in a dance competition, or simply build a yoga routine that truly works for you, this program will support both your physical training and the mental clarity required to execute daily.
This is not about motivation.
This is about momentum — the kind that comes from consistent action, clean routines, and surrounding yourself with women who expect the best from themselves.
Here’s how this program works:
You choose your own exercise goal for this month.
After registering, you’ll have access to our group texting thread, where you’ll receive a live daily text from me personally, and you’ll announce your goal to the women in the group.
Each day, you’ll be invited to share an update with us about your progress, share a photo or encouragement, and have personal accountability for your goal.
On the last day of the month, we celebrate your successes!
For this month there are 2 optional bonuses — you can register for the 2026 ADHD Artist 5K in December to set yourself up for a longterm goal in our community, and you can also join Christina live this Sunday, January 11th for an in-person 5K in SF or virtually starting at at 7:30am Pacific Time.
