Over last 5+ years with hundreds of happy clients, the power of my ADHD community has helped women land their dream jobs in fields spanning from product management to engineering, UX design, education, psychology, and medicine. Together, we’ve also created a variety of businesses, including therapy centers, medical offices, software companies, film studios, art schools, nonprofits, and even a coffee shop.
One of the reasons for this success is the intentional structure of our community.
If you have ADHD, and if you’re working toward a goal, then trying to force, coerce, or willpower your way there is simply exhausting… and it just doesn’t work.
Instead, what I’ve found helps is to set up positive external accountability and to connect with people who inspire your productive flow. With consistency, structure, and a focus on fun… it becomes much easier for your work to get done.
In this live small group program, each co-working session via Zoom begins with an optional 5-minute check-in with Christina verbally, giving you chance to share an update from the previous session or to discuss your current goal. Then, we work silently and independently for 40 minutes, after which I’ll ask you how it went and we’ll celebrate your successes (…or brainstorm with you through the challenges that came up). Throughout each week, you’re invited to join us for whichever sessions fit your schedule.
