In our first session, after assessing your specific situation and strengths, we’ll plan out practical steps to take each week, so you’re consistently moving toward your goals. Between sessions, you’ll also have access to unlimited 1:1 texting with Christina and personalized ADHD resources, so you have positive accountability to stay on track to success in a way that’s supportive for you.

Pricing:

  • $500 — 1 private session (50 min)

  • $3,000 — 6 private sessions plus the rest of the program included (25 min)
