For a daily exercise routine that actually feels fun to stick to.

Here’s how this program works:

  1. You choose your own exercise goal for this month.

  2. After registering, you’ll have access to our group texting thread, where you’ll receive a live daily text from me personally, and you’ll announce your goal to the women in the group.

  3. Each day, you’ll be invited to share an update with us about your progress, cheer on the other ladies, and have personal accountability for your own goal.

  4. On the last day of the month, we celebrate your successes!
