For women who consistently expect the best from themselves… this live 30-day exercise experience is here if you’re already operating at a high level and you are ready for an environment that raises your standard.

Whether training for your first marathon, competing in a cycling competition, or building a yoga routine that actually works for you, this program supports both your physical training and the mental clarity required for daily execution.

This program does not provide motivation.

The container elevates momentum — the kind that comes from your own consistent actions and a team around you moving fast in the same direction.

Here’s how this program works:

  1. You choose your own exercise goal for this month.

  2. After registering, you’ll have access to our group texting thread, where you’ll receive a live daily text from me personally, and you’ll announce your goal to the women in the group.

  3. Each day, you’ll be invited to share an update with us about your progress, share a photo or encouragement, and have personal accountability for your goal.

  4. On the last day of the month, we celebrate your successes!

(For this month there is an optional bonus — you can also register for the 2026 ADHD Artist 5K in December to set yourself up for a longterm goal in our community.)
