In our first session, after assessing your unique situation and strengths, we’ll identify time-bound practical goals to complete each week. Between sessions, you’ll also have access to unlimited 1:1 texting with Christina and personalized ADHD resources, so you’re making progress in a way that feels supportive for you.

$500 - single session (50 min)
$3000 - private 1:1 sessions for 3 months plus the rest of the program included (25 min)
