In this live program together, we’ll set up ADHD-friendly organizational systems, so you’re making progress on your most important goals, while staying true to yourself and your energy.

In our first session, after assessing your unique situation and strengths, we’ll identify time-bound practical steps to take each week. Between sessions, you’ll also have access to unlimited texting with Christina and personalized ADHD resources, so you’re moving forward in a way that feels supportive to you.

Here are examples of what we’ll be doing:

  • optimizing your Google calendar and organizational systems

  • redesigning your digital and physical workspaces

  • identifying simple technologies for completing to-dos

  • developing enjoyable morning and evening routines

  • creating more space in your life for your health and your family

  • feeling clear, energized, and a deep sense of self-trust

Here’s what this program includes:

  • live weekly sessions with Christina via Zoom (50 min)

  • unlimited text/email access to Christina between sessions

  • daily access to our private online ADHD resource hub
