Time to Thrive

In this live program together, we’ll set up ADHD-friendly organizational systems, so you’re accomplishing your most important goals at work, while staying true to yourself and your energy.

In our first session, after assessing your unique situation and strengths, we’ll identify time-bound practical steps to take each week. Between sessions, you’ll also have access to unlimited texting with Christina and personalized ADHD resources, so you’re making progress in a way that feels supportive to you.

Here are examples of what we’ll be doing:

  • refining your priorities and daily routines

  • identifying simple technologies for completing to-dos

  • redesigning your digital and physical workspaces

  • optimizing your Google calendar and organizational systems

  • creating space in your life for your well-being and loved ones

  • feeling clear, energized, and a deep sense of self-trust

Here’s what this program includes:

  • live weekly sessions with Christina via Zoom (50 min)

  • unlimited 1:1 text/email access to Christina between sessions

  • daily access to our private online ADHD resource hub

Typical cohort size:

  • 3 - 6 women

If you miss a session, summary notes will be posted in the portal, and you can join us live the following week to ask questions about any topics you missed.
