How coaching works

Step 1: Know Yourself. Together, we'll dive into your unique situation and learn how your ADHD brain works, so you'll see what fits naturally into your life and works best for you.
Step 2: Test the Strategies. Each session, we’ll discuss your highest priority tasks and to-dos, so you can identify strategies to test out that week. You’ll learn by doing, not overthinking.
Step 3: Build Your System. As you make progress step by step, you’ll create new systems in your daily environment, so you’re reaching your career goals with ease.

Program Overview

Onboarding Session

You’ll meet with Christina to clarify your plan, so you’re ready to take steps in the right direction.

Consistent Meetings

Sessions occur live with Christina, either 1:1 or in small groups, so you feel supported and on track toward your goals.

Access to Christina

Between meetings, you’ll have access to Christina via email/text and in live co-working sessions, so you keep building momentum.

Community Support

You’ll connect with our community of women with ADHD, gaining tips and insights for your own path.

Frequently Asked Questions

+ How long are your coaching programs?

My 1:1 programs are currently available in a single session, 6-week, or 3-month format. After we finish our work together, you're welcome to stay in touch, and you'll continue to have access to our online resources for as long as you like.

+ Are these programs live?

Yes. We meet live, so that you're actively taking steps to make systems that support you in daily life.

+ How many women are in the groups?

There are usually 3-6 of us at each small group meeting, so you’ll continue to receive personal attention and support.

+ Will it work for me?

I don't know - whether my programs work for you is up to you. What I can say is that I’ve helped myself and many other women learn to integrate their ADHD traits into a fun and successful career. The best way to find out if my programs are the right fit for you is to schedule a consultation. I want you to find the right resources for your needs, so if I'm not a good fit, I'm happy to point you in a new direction.

+ What’s the schedule?

The 1:1 schedule is unique to you, and my small group sessions currently meet at the following times:

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:00am Pacific Time — co-working sessions (bring your own task & get it done)

Fridays, 12:00pm Pacific Time — women's group (brainstorm strategies & support each other)

+ What if I don’t have a diagnosis?

Totally OK. I started working with many of my clients before they got their official diagnosis, which was later in life in their 30s or 40s. I'm happy to discuss whether ADHD strategies and systems can help in your specific situation.
